I love swimming. Especially in the summers. It keeps you cool and energetic. It exercises your muscles, tones your body and massages your joints. It strengthens your back, relaxes your mind, challenges your core and increases your stamina. It’s also a great way to spend time with yourself! Is there anything I’m missing? While swimming does all of these amazing things, it doesn’t agree too well with your skin and hair. So as a swimmer, I take extra precaution to maintain these two aspects of my appearance. So I’m sharing a few tips about how to maintain your hair and skin while swimming while also maximising your time in the pool at the same time.
