A JB HI-FI employee shared her top secrets to shopping at the electronics store – including getting the best discounts on products every time.

Auj Mirza, 21, from Sydney, took to TikTok to reveal the ‘hacks and tricks’ every customer should know about.

The young woman said if you need assistance from a staff member as soon as possible, go to the Apple desk.

‘I can guarantee someone will come serve you ASAP,’ she said.

She said if a product is out of stock in one store, ask for it to be shipped from another store.

Another good tip is if a product goes on sale shortly after you purchased it, you can ask for a refund on the difference in price.

She said don’t be afraid to ask staff for the’ best price’ on big-ticket items because they are likely going to give you discount.

Finally, JB Hi-Fi matches prices if you see a product that is cheaper at another store.
